You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Account currency is set at the time of registration and cannot be changed thereafter. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is selected as the Account currency, all balances, deposits, withdrawals and wagers will be denominated in PKR. Exchange rate fluctuations applicable to international payment processing are the Player's sole responsibility.

Withdrawal of funds is subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification to b99999's satisfaction; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) no active investigation or pending security review on the Account; and (d) the withdrawal amount meeting the minimum threshold for the selected payment method.
b99999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1 to 5 business days from the date of approval. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume. b99999 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, b99999 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative method subject to additional verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period. These limits are displayed in the cashier section and may be adjusted at b99999's discretion for accounts identified as high-volume or pending enhanced due diligence review.

Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account balance without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates.

A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the platform. Pending or queued bets that have not received confirmation do not constitute accepted wagers.
Where a market is published with clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, human error or data feed failure, b99999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. b99999 will not be liable for any loss of anticipated profit resulting from the voiding of erroneously priced markets.
In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement and may be suspended without notice during key match events. b99999 accepts no responsibility for connection issues, latency or other technical conditions that affect a Player's ability to place or modify live bets. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
Each sport category — including Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football leagues, UFC events and other markets — is governed by sport-specific betting rules available in the platform's Rules section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per sport. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may be adjusted by b99999 at any time without prior notice. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable payout limit, only the maximum payout amount will be credited to the Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b99999 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:
b99999 reserves the right to suspend an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a suspected breach of these Terms; (b) a security review or fraud investigation is in progress; (c) KYC documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) the Account has been identified as belonging to a Prohibited Person.
b99999 may permanently close an Account and forfeit the associated balance where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10. Where forfeiture is applied, b99999 will provide written notification of the reason to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting b99999 Customer Support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.
